Q: What's up with the demo?
A: The demo is the full program.
You have 8 uses of the program, which saving, filtering, and importing
is shut off. When you purchase a license, add that email address to the
program if you haven't already, and once we have activated the license
it will switch by itself to full mode. You can install the program on as
many computer as you want, because when you run it, it goes out and
checks our database to validated that you are a real customer. 1 email
address = 1 license.
Q: What is a license for Supreme
Adder?
A: A license is the email address
you use for myspace (We do not want your passwords, period). You
can install the program on as many computers as you want, because as
long as you are the rightful license owner, eg your email address, it
will work. This is because Supreme Adder checks our system database to
verify it. That way when at home, you can use it on your pc and if you
are on the road, you can use it on your notebook without ever worrying
about if you need any registration. You are automatically good to go.
Q: What she I set the speed at?
A: If you have a music account, we
recommend 2-5 second Speed and send in blocks of 100 at a time.
Come back later and do another 100. It's a great tool, but
use it not abuse it.
Q: What's the maximum friends
requests you can send on myspace?
A: It used to be 500 daily and after
about 320 your messages shut down until the next day. About the
end of February, it changed to 400 per day. We can't do anything
about it, but it still works pretty well. We recommend a maximum
of 300-350 per day average.
Q: The program was running slow
this afternoon. Why was that?
A: If myspace is running slow,
Supreme Adder is running slow. Most of the time, you can go slowly or
blistering fast, but if myspace has super heavy traffic and they are
running slowly already, then the program slows down a bit. But because
it is all handle behind the scenes, it is not hindered by extreme lag.
And note, the only time there is an error with Supreme Adder, it is
because myspace has an error.
Q: How quickly do you respond to
support emails?
A: Usually within a few minutes to
a few hours. Supreme Adder is only one of many products we serious
programmers make and we have people around 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week.
Q: Do we update the program?
A: Yes, when their is something to
update, it doesn't take us long. Our program is built to extremely high
standards though, so even if myspace changes some code, it would have to
be a massive change for us to need to update anything. But even then,
we're talking about 5-10 minutes and we'd have it ready to go.
Q: Failed To Login
A: There is an easy fix for this.
Visit our support page for it. It's either you added your account wrong
or your myspace settings is set to something other then usa. |
